What is the principle of vibration nerve relief technology?

Lilia Neuro adopts a special frequency of vibrational stimulation on the nerves behind the ears, indirectly acting on the vagus nerve, helping to regulate the balance of the autonomic nervous system. The vagus nerve is the main parasympathetic nerve that governs "rest and digestion." When appropriately stimulated, it can reduce excessive excitement of the sympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to transition from a tense state to relaxation.

The auricular branch of the vagus nerve behind the ear is particularly sensitive to vibration. By using a device to deliver gentle vibration signals, it can promote nerve conduction, resulting in physiological responses of relaxation and calmness. This non-invasive method is similar to the medical concept of transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS), but replaces electrical stimulation with comfortable vibrations, allowing users to relieve stress without pain. Research has also shown that vibrating stimulation of the vagus nerve can induce changes in the activity of emotion-related areas in the brain's limbic system.

Several devices are internationally available that adopt the same principle. For example, a similar American device uses wristbands to activate the vagus nerve through skin vibrations, and studies indicate that after use:

It is worth noting that the US FDA approved transcranial nerve stimulation techniques (such as transcranial microcurrent stimulation) for insomnia and anxiety as early as the 1970s, indicating that external nerve stimulation has a long-standing scientific basis in the medical field.

Lilia Neuro draws on these achievements but implements them in a gentler and more convenient vibrating manner. Simply worn behind the ears, the device releases low-intensity vibrations at specific frequencies that subtly act on the nerves, allowing users to feel a gradual relaxation within minutes, promoting autonomic nervous balance by stimulating the nerves behind the ears, activating the body's natural calming mechanisms to assist in stress reduction, regulating emotions, and improving sleep, with effects supported by international studies and similar product applications.
